A Pre-Bid Meeting held in the office of Superintending Engineer-Kamal under

his chairmanship on 18.04.2023 at 11 :30am.
At the outset the Superintending Engineer-Kamal, CPWD welcomed the
participants and presented the particulars and important points of project under the subject
work tender. The queries raised by the prospective bidders were clarified.
This corrigendum is being issued hereunder on the basis of clarifications given
in the pre-bid meeting on the queries raised by the prospective bidders through e-mail/letters
and also due to the technical necessities noticed by the department.
This corrigendum consists of following Annexure :-
(a) Annexure A:- This annexure contains reply /clarifications given by the department to
the queries /observations of various prospective bidders.
(b) Annexure B:-This annexure contains corrigendum/amendments.

It may please be noted that the bidder shall quote the rates considering the
corrigendum/amendments made in Annexure B and replies in Annexure A as included in
the scope of work of NIT and nothing extra will be paid on account of these
changes/amendments/corrigendum.

This corrigendum contains total 12 pages.
