From my point of view, Teacher Z does to be lacking

commitment to their students. Maybe some reason is, that
there is no creativity in their teaching and they typically
make no connections to their pupils. That’s why one of her
students remarked on her being “boring” in class, aside
from her being strict. To handle your students when they
get bored, Just Keep Energizing your students, doing
activities like meditation may help the students to calm
down and focus more. Make sure you do not stress them
out to finish the portions, because in doing so they
wouldn't be able to grasp any knowledge as they would be
distracted throughout. What matters most to Teacher Z is
a commitment to improvement and to let her be aware of
her behavior. So that may be suited for her profession.
Why? An effective teacher is a teacher with a high level of
commitment who can make a difference in the learning
and achievement of their students. For teacher Z, if she
thinks to become a good teacher, she should strengthen
her skills in communication, teamwork, time management,
problem-solving, and organization. Lastly, the most
important responsibility is to show love, respect, and care
for each student.
