be carried out between the hours of 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.,
Monday to Friday and pneumatic drills are not to be used.

property of the Contractor unless otherwise stated.
Old material = existing material have been removed from
the building, eg. windows, doors, sanitary appliances and
etc.

• Clearing away such old materials shall be deemed to be


included with items.

• Provision shall be made in the bill of quantities for credits.

Example :

specified as being reused / to remain the property of the
employer shall be removed from the site and the contractor shall

in the item description, e.g. broken bricks intended to be re-used for
hardcore filling.

• Method of disposal imposed by the employer must be described in the


item description.

1) Information

The work in this section comprises the demolition, alteration and new
work to the Club House to provide extension to existing building as
