hikes the sales of the product is decreseing little bit. and parle- g want to play
with volumes in markets . so it decide to maintain the low price stretegy

Parle-g want that even the margin of the product is less the sales volume should be
increase so that good profit cooked in that product,

stretegies and principals in their manufacturing process.

1.Cost control=purchasig the raw material in bulk, so that they will available at
cheap price
2.not reducing quality of product = purchasing in the bulk the raw material gets at
ceaper rate so that the quality of th eproduct did not decrease
3.plant location = company finds that the transporation cost plays an imporatnat
role in cost control so they establish their manufacturing plant to such locality
so that the transporation cost is reduced.

of products to customr along with the best quality.

customer in parle ,they slightly reduce the thickness of the buiscuit but , the 5
