Sub: Financial Security Renewal Letter

The financial security provided by your IATA approved agency is expiring on 31 December 2022 and must be renewed with a
minimum amount of BDT 3,000,000. This amount is derived from 35 days’ average turnover in the last 12 months (Nov 2021
to Oct 2022) or BDT 3 million whichever is higher, and is the balance to provide, after taking into consideration all existing
financial security which are still valid beyond 31 December 2022 (if any).

You are required please to submit a financial Security in the form of either one of the following:

Bank Guarantee (BG)

The expiry date of the Bank Guarantee should be 31 December 2023 or same date in subsequent years. No other expiry
date will be accepted.

Please submit the BG to the IATA office at below address as per enclosed BG format and Guidelines.

INTERNATIONAL AIR TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION

Please attach a covering letter from the issuing Bank confirming issuance of the financial security. The postal address of the
Head Entity / Associate Entity of the bank from where the authenticity of the security can be verified must be stated on the
covering letter. Please use ONLY the attached Bank Guarantee format without any changes.

Global Default Insurance (GDI)

GDI will be supported locally in Bangladesh by Marsh. For assistance, please contact Marsh via the following email address:
IATA.GDI@marsh.com. Agent interested in obtaining further details on GDI, should contact Aon directly or visit Euler Hermes’
dedicated Portal at: https://gdiportal.eulerhermes.com.

Cash Deposit
Cash Deposit is an additional option as an acceptable type of Financial Security where permitted by applicable law. A Cash
Deposit Agreement is to be signed between the Agent and IATA if you wish to furnish Cash Deposit as a form of Financial
Security. Please let us have your decision at least 10 days before the submission deadline, otherwise we are not able to
process to your request.

Deadline for submission of requested financial security is 26 December 2022.

Please note that in accordance with IATA Resolutions, Agents which fail to provide the required Financial Security in the
correct format by the deadline above, will constitute grounds for IATA to suspend the Agent from BSP ticketing.
