I am writing to give/ express my feelings/ opinions/ honest suggestions.
According to your announcement, …..
To be honest, I am …. Because our exam was schedualed earlier/ sooner
than originally planned/ I expected so I was not well-prepared for it.
Hence, I would have venture a couple of suggestions.
From my perspectives, it would preferable if college administrator could
post details regarding this notice on school forum/ school confessions so that
people can give their suggestions / advice to fix/ solve the problem/ matter/
issue. Moreover/ Furthermore, I would be grateful if we could be received/
sent/ provided some/ several learning materials/ syllabus.

Please take my suggestions into consideration. I look forward to your prompt

reply/ response.
