Course Outcomes:

Upon completion of this Course students should;

1. Critically assess Philippine Laws, Universal and Domestic Theories, Principles and
Programs relating to Economic Crimes;

2. In-depth assessment and analysis on the current trends and events of Economic
Crimes both local and overseas;

3. Analysis of the existing International and Municipal Laws, Jurisprudence, Inter

Country Agreements, Programs and Policies of the UN and the INTERPOL on
Economic Crimes;

4. Demonstrate advanced understanding on intellectual and practical skills needed to

understand and interpret the current trends and events relative to Economic Crimes;

5. Offer new knowledge, insights, analysis, theory, or concept about Economic Crimes.

Course Assessment Methods:

The methods of assessment in this Course are:

1. Compulsory Research Paper: = 50% of the Final Grade

2. Colloquium: = 50% of the Final Grade

Highest Grade is 100%; Lowest Grade is 85% ; Passing Grade 85%

10.Racketeering and Political Corruption.

14.Invoice Manipulation both in private and public activities
