1) RULES AND REGULATIONS
The CLIENT shall always adhere by the Rules and Regulation set by the COMPANY which may be revised from time to time by the
COMPANY.

2) DEPOSIT & CONSIGNMENT PERIOD.

a) CLIENT shall make RM 10,000 as deposit from the total amount of invoice that been agreed.

3) PAYMENT TERM
a) Payment has to be made in Cash, Cheque or Online Bank into the COMPANY’s account. Details of the bank account asfollows:

b) For payment via Online Bank, must be submitted together with the bank slip.
c) For payment by cheque must be made at the latest of three working days before due date to ensure the cheque is cleared ontime.
d) Second payment which is 60% from the total amount must be cleared three months before the event and final payment which is 40%
must be cleared one month before the event. Any payment which exceeds the due date will be charged a penalty of 10% from the total
amount due.
e) The Company will only proceed the event once all payment has settled on time.

4) DATE AND VENUE CHANGES

The Client agreed that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable
and non-transferable are the sole responsibility of the Client. The Client further understands that last minute changes can impact the
quality of the event and that The Wedding Heritage is not responsible for these compromises in quality.

The client agreed to book TWH Venue as the wedding venue and any changes of the venue will not be entertained and the
deposit is non- refundable since The Company already paid the booking deposit to the venue.

5) TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
a) In the event of termination by either party, a written notice of thirty (30) days is to be given in advance. Should there be any conflict
or misunderstanding arising out of any legal terms and interpretation as spelt out in other languages; the English version of
Agreements shall constitute to be legal and final.
b) If there any cancellation after the second payment, those party should be bear to 50/50.
c) Half of the total amount will be refunded through online transfer or cheque within 6 month from the date of official cancellation
letter is submitted.
6) VENUE RULES
a) Parking: All vehicles associated in any way with the event or wedding must be parked within the parking area or
the drive. No vehicles shall be parked on any other lawn surface unless granted permission by the owners.
b) Pets: No pets are permitted in any of the properties. Failures to observe this will certainly lead the CLIENT
open to being evicted from the premises with the forfeiture of all monies paid.
c) Electricity and Water: The COMPANY needs CLIENT’s cooperation to switch off all theelectrical appliances and
water tap to prevent waste of energy and water. No cooking activities at the COMPANY venue unless the CLIENT
give the COMPANY a written letter to grant thepermission.
d) Food: Only HALAL food is allowed to be taken into the COMPANY property.
e) Cleanliness: The CLIENT is advice to maintain the cleanliness of the properties at all the times.
f) Accident: If any accident or injuries occur during event, the COMPANY will not have a full responsibility towards.
g) Personal Belongings: The COMPANY is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of CLIENT’S personal belongings.
h) Arrangement: The CLIENT cannot change any arrangement or setups after the installation have done.
i) Music: All music must end by 10.30pm to comply with sound ordinances.
j) Smoking: The Wedding Heritage Venue is a non-smoking venue. Smoking will be permitted only in areas outside.
k) Children: All children under the age of 16 MUST be supervised at all times.

7) FOOD TESTING
a) The company will allow food testing once the Client has paid the deposit. Within our standard, the food test is done by
packaging which the Client will pick the food packed and give their feedback to the Manager-in-charge.
b) A live food testing can be done along with the Manager-in-charge with an extra charge for 5-pax dome setting at a
price of RM100 at the respective venue which is agreed by both the Client and Manager-in-charge.

8) EVENT SESSION
a) Every day event starts at 11.00am and ends by 4.00pm. Meanwhile, every night event starts at 7.00pm and ends by
11.00pm comply with sound ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site.

9) PHOTOGRAPHY
This venue uses live, video and still photography to assist with promotion of the venue. All photos taken at The Wedding
Heritage by your Photographer will also be the property of the Company also and will be used for promotional purposes.

10) EVENTS
a) If the guests are exceeding from the total pax ordered, the COMPANY will not bear the insufficient food.
b) Floor Manager and TWH Crew only perform tasks based on SOP provided by the COMPANY. Other tasks are at
discretion of the Floor Manager and TWH crew.
c) The CLIENT will get the album within 1 to 3 months after the event.
