PROJECT OBJECTIVES

 Add another Landmark for the area and compliment the growth of the community.
 Create additional Economic Benefits thru tourism and continuous support of the local government
 Use Baguio City’s Unique culture as a catalyst for design and tourism
 Further provide Future economic growth for the city of Baguio
 Strengthen commitment to preserving the earth’s natural environment.
 Maintain and strengthen a recognizable identity and character unique to its design.
 Provide needed flexibility to respond to unique conditions and constraints inherent to specific areas within
the community.
 Be a venue that can compete with other known convention center not only here in the Philippines but also
overseas.
 Provide better services and functions, and improve the delegate’s performance thru our careful design and

CONSIDERED AS ESQUIZZES AND SEAT WORKS.
