GENERAL RULES

✔ You must have the camera turned on at all times. If you have problems with your camera, you may NOT work that
day. You will only have one day to solve this problem.
✔ You must have a reliable wired USB headset with noise canceling. NO BLUETOOTH headphones or AirPods.
✔ You must have a wired internet connection with an ethernet cable.
✔ Must have no background noise, a comfortable desk and office chair, and a mouse.
✔ No call, no show, will be RELEASED the next day.
✔ Internet speed must be over 20 Mbps, upload speed over 5 Mbps, Unloaded under 20 ms, and loaded latency
under 50 ms.

CALL TOOLS RULES

✔ You can only be on Post Call for 3 seconds if it is NOT an appointment or calendar event.
✔ When making an appointment, you must share your screen with your coach to ensure everything is correct and
processed correctly (Address, time, date, etc.). This means you MAY NOT press the Add Appointment button until
instructed to do so by your coach.
✔ When making an appointment, you must follow the APPOINTMENT FORMAT. There is no excuse not to get all the
information!
✔ You may NOT use the 'TRAINING' status unless instructed by your coach.
✔ If you don't get a call after 1 minute, exit and join the campaign. If that doesn't work, refresh the browser, then
join the queue and the campaign. If not, log out and log in to CallTools. If not, close the Chrome browser
completely and open what’s needed for your calls in the browser. If not, the last step is to restart the computer.
Keep your coach updated on every step you are taking to troubleshoot the issue.
✔ You must book at least ONE appointment per day to continue working with the company.
✔ Agents who do not meet the minimum daily goal will be RELEASED after two days.
✔ Agents who accumulate 4 Resets in the pay period will be RELEASED.
