EQUIPMENT REPORT

This Report was prepared by the Australian members of the Joint

Standards Australia/Standards New Zealand Committee CH-003, Paints
and Related Materials, as a quality control record of equipment used to
apply protective coatings to supersede AS 3894.11-1993.

The Report is suitable for use by paint applicators, coating suppliers,

i nspectors, project managers and specifiers who have undertaken work
i n such diverse fields as mining, energy and power, water, oil and gas,
transport and food.

This Report form may be used as a quality control document to record

details as required by the Painting Contractors Certification Progam
( PCCP) and AS/NZS ISO 9000.

The Report should be used in conjunction with AS 3894.10 and

AS 3894.12.

The listing of equipment conditions that apply at the time of application

will assist when reviewing the coating system's performance at a future
date.
