per identification by the branch Credit officials & Landowners/ representatives of the land
owners on the basis of available information obtained from the Local people but the legal

deed/documents (chain of title) and get verified by themselves and by their lawyer as per law
of land, undersigned is in no way responsible for discrepancy in respect of ownership of the

Note.
1. We have traced / located/ identified the land in question including the boundary /
chohuddi matched with the C.S, S.A, R.S & B.S plot numbers under respective khatians as
described in the title deeds.
2. We certified that, we have also examined the approved plan & verified that the building has
been constructed as per approved plan of the concerned authority.
3. Mobarak Hossain Bhuiyan is the owner of the land measuring 07.00 Decimal out of 10.04 out
of 14.99 Decimal of Mouza-“ Diyabari”, pertaining to R.S. Dag No(s). 683 & 684, Dhaka City
Jarip Dag No(s). 333, as per Saf Kabala Deed No. 27575, dated-14.12.2006. While obtaining
construction permission from RAJUK it appears that the mentioned land measuring
7.85 decimal. However, in the physical observation of the land it can be seen that the building
has been already constructed 3 storied having 6 storied foundations and the building is
constructed on the land measuring 07.00 Decimal out of 10.04 out of 14.99 Decimal.
