ROAD FROM THE YEAR 2019 TO 2022 AND FOR MEDICAL SUPPLIES FOR THE YEAR 2023.

WHEREAS, there is a need to re-align the appropriation for _______________considering the

necessity of the maintenance of Barangay Road and Medical supplies for the Barangay.

WHEREAS, in the Year 2019 up to 2022 and the Year 2023 the _____________r, particularly
reported as follows, to wit:

WHEREAS, said appropriation mentioned above for SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT

properties of the Barangay, particularly solicited as follows, to wit:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that all members of the SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

BARANGAY __________, hereby strongly agree to grant the request for Barangay Resolution for
the Realignment of Social Development and Management Program (SDMP) Project of
__________________. and unanimously approved by all the members present in the session
and interposing no objection thereto.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that copies of this resolution shall be furnished to all offices
concerned for their perusal and appropriate action.
