INTRODUCTION

BIKO NI MAMA, just by the name you

already know what we sell. Our plan is to
grow this business and show to the world the
deliciousness of Filipino foods, especially
Biko, and, our goal is to sell our products
and make our customers happy. Biko a rice
cake,it is a native Filipino delicacy or
‘kakanin’ where glutinous rice is cooked
with coconut milk and brown sugar then
topped coconut caramel or latik. Biko was
originated from our very own country, the
Philippines. It is also known as sinukmani or
sinukmaneng in the Southern Luzon area.
And the health benefits of eating BIKO
especially our BIKO NI MAMA is whole
grains provide fiber, carbohydrates and
phytochemicals. They make a good snack
because they are fat-free and low calories,
but they’re not rich sources of other
nutrients. The BIKO NI MAMA is the best
tasty yet affordable BIKO you gonna taste,
our business is just starting and not that
good, but we are willing to improve our
product and show to the world the Filipino
delicacies.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Biko is a sweet rice cake from the Philippines. It is

made of coconut milk, brown sugar, ginger, and
glutinous rice. It is usually topped with latik (either
or both the coconut curds or the syrupy caramel-
like variant).

PRICE:
The price of our product is reasonably priced. Everyone
can afford it in an affordable price. Here are the prices:
Php 40.00 per small tub
Php 70.00 per medium tub
Php 100.00 per large tub

SELLING LOCATION:
It can be sold to a coffee shops, bakeries and in the
market it can also be sold inside or near school premises.

PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES:
Promote through advertisement, posting online through
social media.
