(rice). Viola Puto Con Formaggio is a type of steamed rice cake usually serve as
snack and it is belong in kakanin a traditional food of snack in the Philippines. It
is term for sweet made of glutinous rice and cocomilk. Puto is one of the most
popular kakanin here in the Philippines. The steamed rice is traditionally white
in color form a typical white change making it in different color, have a bigger
size and have a melted cheese/melted chocolate in the inside this idea gives a
twist compared to a typical puto. It utilize penetration pricing strategy to attract
customer where this strategy presents a low price of the product and services
during its initial opening in which the lower prices help to lure customers away
