Introduction

A. The Business Concept and the Business Model

FAVORITOS is a partnership type of Business owned and established by

Group 2 directed by Mr. Daniel Baja.

The Business aim to produce and introduce products that mostly found on

the street especially on the Philippines. But the company improve and level up

the products on the street. The company turn the products to a worth to pay,

worth to go, worth to flex, and worth to say My Favorito!

The company aim to change the perspective when it comes to Pinoy’s

Snacks. People usually think that street foods in the Philippines are low class

because of its look and price. But the FAVORITOS will change that perspective

because the Company’s product are the better and version 2.0 of Pinoy’s Snacks.

The company also aim to give comfort and satisfaction to the customers through

the excellence of the service and cleanliness of the store.

FAVORITOS also supports our mother earth by reducing the use of

plastics. Meaning to say, FAVORITOS is an eco-friendly type of company.

Once the company earned profit our goal is to establish more branches in

the Philippines and outside our country. Because the company also aim to

introduce the new and better Pinoy’s Snacks to other Nations.


The FAVORITOS came from the word Favorite which means

Favor or Favored. Meaning to say the company aim to be called the Favorite restaurant

of the customers. Once you enter and taste our product you will end up saying “My

Favorito”. The FAVORITOS main goal is to be the favorite restaurant of every

meryenda lover. Red is the color of appetizing meaning to say our product has the

power to give good appetite to your tummy. Yellow is the color of Happiness because

our company will not let you go without a happy tummy. And lastly brown is the color

of quality and simplicity. Quality because the costumers will love not only the quality

of the product but also the service itself. Simplicity because the product is simple but

worth to be called favorito. Simplicity in the logo and architectural design of the store.

Because the company believes that Simplicity is Beauty.


B. The Business Goals: Vision, Mission, and Objectives

Vision:

To serve with passion and give finest pinoy’s snacks worldwide that is sensible

with the environment without compromising its quality. Favorito's company provides

healthy and nutritious food with a quality service to clients of all generation. To change

the perspective of costumers when it comes to Pinoy’s Snacks.

Mission:

Our mission is to increase our costumer's knowledge on choosing a balance food

consumption. Give them smile when they happened to have access in our products.

Ensure that buyers are happy with clean facilities used. And to call our products their

new Favorito.

Objectives:

1. Provide a balance and nutritous food

2. Satisfies costumers craving

3. To expand our business to other cities and nations

4. To keep our products fresh and matchless

5. To change costumer’s perspective about Pinoy’s Snacks

C. Business Offerings and Justification


FAVORITOS offers a variety of upgraded foods like snacks, sweets, and

drinks. We are proud to introduce our main product which is the FAVORITOS

SQUIDOG that is in lined to snacks. FAVORITOS SQUIDOG is a combination of

our company name (FAVORITOS that came from the word

favorite) ,squid(because of its texture) and hotdog (because hotdog is the main

ingredient in our main product). The FAVORITOS SQUIDOG is dipped in the

flour mixture and rolled in breadcrumbs that makes it crunchy. And if you are

looking for a balancer, we offer our FAVORITOS ROLLS which is in lined also

in snacks. FAVORITOS ROLLS is made out of cheese on the inside of the

mashed potato then rolled it in breadcrumbs and we dipped it fry. As for the

sweets, we offer FAVORITOS WRAPPER. FAVORITOS WRAPPER is not your

typical wrapper, it is a toasted lumpia wrapper with chocolate condensed milk

on top. And if you are looking for something cold and refreshing drink, we offer

FAVORITOS SHAKE ALA CREAM-O. It is made up of typical Cream O cracker

combined with Evaporated milk and a little bit of sugar. And it has a piece of

Cream O cracker on top.

The concept of Favorito can be identified as Company that provide foods

that you always encounter in the streets, fast food restaurant, or simply in your

house. But the FAVORITOS upgraded it into something that you will be

attracted, satisfied and will change your Favorite food. In FAVORITO we want

our customers to enjoy the food that they love even more by upgrading it into

something more delicious and affordable.
