This letter is a formal notification that TSC Auto ID Technology Co., Ltd. is initiating the End of Life (EOL) process
for the Alpha-4L series printer. After a thorough review of our existing product offering, we have made the
determination to discontinue this product in order to provide you with more advanced products.

The replacement product for the Alpha-4L series is the Alpha-40L series which is designed to provide a seamless
transition in all applications as well as offer new capabilities.

We sincerely appreciate your use of these terminated products, and the understanding on any inconvenience
caused by this termination.
