The Cellphone

The cellphone was invented by Martin Cooper, an engineer at Motorola, in 1973. It

was made using various materials including plastic, metal, silicon and even gold. Its
primary use is to make wireless communication through cellular networks easy,
allowing individuals to make and receive phone calls, send text messages, and
access the internet from anywhere. At the beginning, its battery lasted around 20
minutes and needed 10 hours to recharge, making it pretty impractical, but
nowadays, the cellphone is used by almost everyone in the world, as it has become
an important part of our lives, the cellphone is powered by a lithium battery, reduced
in size several times in comparison to how it was when it was first invented, the old
heavy phones were replaced by smaller ones once the XXI century began.
