Job Description

Understand customer requirements for design along with RFQ

basics of design and development of automotive seats with respect to the customer/OEM requirements
shall be well conversant with design software’s like Catia/ UG, Drawings etc.
Basic understanding of automotive seats and its design characteristics
understanding of BOM, structure, PLM, data transfer, data management
Support Lead engineer for the design and development.
Understand technical considerations of testing
Good Communication skills
Awareness about quality requirements
understand customer milestones
Awareness about CAE and physical testing.

Soft Skills
Under Lear systems/ methods/ processes for execution of project.
Launch support and work with plants to resolve last minute issues before SOP
Travel to customer locations for meetings and support.
Travel to various location of issue resolution during development & SOP
Good Interpersonal skills and communication
work with CFT for execution of project
