MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT : Request for the Approval of the Final Quantification for the
contract

We are respectfully submitting for consideration and approval of the Regional Manager,
NCR-East Sector, the Final Quantification for the contract: Boundary/ Subdivision
Survey for Dolores Estate Brgy. Batasan Hills, Quezon City undertaken by
Dimaculangan Land Surveying Services.

II. JUSTIFICATION:

Reduction in the quantity of lots under Subdivision Survey

1. The estimated total number of generated lots within project is One Hundred Sixty
(160) lots consisted of One Hundred Fifty (150) residential lots and Ten (10)
circulation lots. It was assumed that the average lot size occupied by the structures
within the project is Thirty (30) square meters.

2. However, there are only One Hundred Eleven (111) residential structures present on
site based on the result of the structural survey conducted by the contractor.
Accordingly, the subdivision plan was prepared based on the result of the structural
survey which was comprised of One Hundred Eleven (111) residential lots,
Seventeen (17) circulation lots, and Six (6) open spaces for a total of 134 generated
lots (See Annex A: Lot Area Tabulation).

3. The reduction in the quantity of lots under subdivision survey from One Hundred Sixty
(160) lots to One Hundred Thirty Four (134) lots is hereby recommended to revise the
discrepancy between the estimated and actual number of lots in the approved
subdivision plan. Thus, resulting to a total deductive cost of One Hundred Thousand
Seven Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱ 100,750.00)
