1.

A-Check (Daily routine Check)

a. Check oil level.


b. Check cleanliness of DG
c. Check Battery Voltage
d. Check any Leakage
e. Check all filter condition
f. Check oil Level
g. Check coolant Level
h. Check Check V-Belt condition

2. B-Check (Every 250- 300 Hrs.)

a. Change oil.
b. Change oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter.
c. Change Air Filter.
d. Change water Separator
e. Radiator cleaning with chemical

3. C-Check (Every 800-1500 Hrs.)

a. Change oil
b. Change oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter.
c. Change Air Filter.
d. Change water Separator
e. Radiator cleaning with chemical
f. Check All Electrical terminal & thimbles
g. Check pollution level

4. D-check (Every 3000- 5000 Hrs.)

a. Complete DG set should be dismantling.


b. Turbo charger service
c. Injector Pin service
d. Cylinder Head service
e. PT Pump service
f. Repeat same B-Check process. 

5. If your DG set running hours more than 10,000 then in D-Check You should
need to be 

a. Change Piston Bearing,


b. Change nozzles, 
c. Piston Cylinder also needs to be change.
d. Change Canopy filter if require
e. Check pollution level
