This document outlines a maintenance schedule for diesel generators with checks performed at various running hour intervals. The A-Check is a daily routine check that includes inspecting the oil, battery, and for leaks. The B-Check is performed every 300-350 hours and includes changing the oil, filters, and cleaning the radiator. The C-Check is completed every 800-1500 hours and performs the same procedures as the B-Check. The D-Check, done every 3000-5000 hours, fully dismantles the generator for servicing components like the turbocharger, injectors, cylinder head, and PT pump. It also repeats the B-Check processes. Generators running over 10,000 hours require additional part changes like pist

1. Check oil level. 2. Check cleanliness of DG 3. Check Battery Voltage 4. Check any Leakage 5. Check all filter condition 6. Check oil Level 7. Check coolant Level 8. Check check V-Belt condition
B-Check (Every 300- 350 Hrs.)
1. Change oil. 2. Change oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter. 3. Change Air Filter. 4. Change water Separator 5. Radiator cleaning with chemical
C-Check (Every 800-1500 Hrs.)
1. Change oil. 2. Change oil filter, fuel filter, bypass filter. 3. Change Air Filter. 4. Change water Separator 5. Radiator cleaning with chemical 6. Check All Electrical terminal & thimbles 7. Check pollution level
D-check (Every 3000- 5000 Hrs.)
1. Complete DG set should be dismantle. 2. Turbo charger service 3. Injector Pin service 4. Cylinder Head service 5. PT Pump service & 6. Repeat same B-Check process.
If your DG set running hours more than 10,000 then in D-
Check You should need to be 1. Change Piston Bearing, 2. Change nozzles, 3. Piston Cylinder also need to be change. 4. Change Canopy filter if require 5. Check pollution level
