Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

3- cups of flour

2- cups os suggar

3- Eggs

1 cup of oil

2- médium carrot

1 teaspoon baking powder

Method of preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C . Grease one 23cm round cake tins.
mix all the liquids and the carrot in the blender, then in a bowl place the flour and yeast,
put the blender mixture in the bowl and mix with a spoon.
put in greased form
bake for 30 minutes
