Risk Management Case Study

You are required to produce a critical risk analysis assignment by following the given template.
Please SELECT ONE (1) of these titles for your group assignment.

1. Risk analysis for setting up an online platform business by choosing your own products.
2. Risk analysis for constructing a low cost housing settlement at the rural area in Malaysia.
3. Risk analysis for designing a new engineering course at the faculty for the new enrolment.
4. Risk analysis in relation to a graduate employability of local graduates after graduation
5. Risk analysis in organizing an international student summer camp in-bound or out-bound
in the university.

Based on the theme selected, you are asked to prepare a Risk Management Report as per
template given below. Develop the Risk Register Table and the Probability and Impact Table
based on the Risk Register that you have developed. You must justify the likelihood and impact
(with the appropriate calculations if any, or do good assumptions wherever is needed) such as in
the example below. List down TEN (10) risks for the selected theme.
