What was my main emotion when Piggy died?

after Piggy's death. I experienced a range of emotions, including shock, grief, and anger. However, my main emotion
can be described as a sense of despair and hopelessness.
Piggy was my closest friend and advisor on the island, and his death marks the loss of one of the few remaining links
to civilization and reason. I also realize that the boys have completely lost their sense of morality and decency, and
that they have become fully consumed by their inner savagery. This realization fills me with a deep sense of despair
and hopelessness, as he comes to understand that there is no easy way out of their situation.
I also experience a sense of guilt for my role in Piggy's death. I know that I could have done more to protect Piggy
and prevent the tragedy from happening. This guilt weighed heavily on me and further contributed to my feelings of
despair.
Overall, my main emotion after Piggy's death can be characterized as a profound sense of despair and
hopelessness, as I confront the bleak reality of their situation on the island.

Did I feel responsible for Simon's death?

I did not feel directly responsible for Simon's death. However, I do feel a sense of guilt and shame for my role in the
events leading up to Simon's death.
Me and the other boys participate in a violent ritual where we mistake Simon for the "beast" and brutally attack and
kill him. While I am not the one who delivers the fatal blow, I am a part of the group that collectively carries out the
killing.
After the event, I was deeply disturbed and haunted by what had happened. I came to realize that me and the other
boys have completely lost their sense of morality and decency, and that they have become fully consumed by their
inner savagery. This realization fills me with a sense of guilt and shame, as I recognize my own complicity in the
tragedy.
So, while I do not feel directly responsible for Simon's death, I do feel a sense of guilt and remorse for my role in the
events that led to it.
Why did I stick with Piggy all the way through my adventure on the island?

I stuck with Piggy on the island throughout the adventure for a few reasons. First and foremost,
Piggy is my closest friend and advisor on the island. Piggy is intelligent and sensible, and he
offers me much-needed guidance and support throughout the novel. I recognize Piggy's value
and understand that I need Piggy's help to survive and lead the other boys.
Additionally, Piggy and I share a common goal of maintaining some semblance of order and
civilization on the island. We both recognize the importance of rules, organization, and
cooperation, and we work together to establish a sense of order among the boys.
Furthermore, I understand that I cannot survive on the island alone. I need allies and supporters
to help me maintain my position as a leader and ensure my own survival. Piggy, as my closest
confidant, is a crucial ally in this regard.
Overall, I stick with Piggy on the island because I recognize Piggy's intelligence, value his
guidance and support, share a common goal of maintaining order and civilization, and
understand the importance of allies and supporters in my own survival.
