TIMELINE OF SUBMISSIONS:

1. Mar. 21 – Lot Bearing and Description

2. Mar. 23 – Research Paper
3. Mar. 24 – 1st Progress Submission (At least with draft concept and initial information from researches, and
Draft Layout)
4. Mar. 30 – Consultation (Should have Building Plan already including Space Programming)
5. Mar. 31 – 2nd Progress Submission (Should have Elevation intent)
6. April 7 – Final Consultation, and most of the Drawings are translated to 20x30 already
7. April 13 – PLATE # 1 SUBMISSION DATE at 5:00PM

Notes:

 The students will formulate their own Design Objectives and Design Considerations based on the project
objectives.
 Use cartolina size linen for the final drawings
 Studies and schemes relating to the project will be done as class activities and considered as esquisses and
seat works.
 Other details in the space requirements will be provided by the students.
 TECHNICAL DRAFTING and COLORED PRESENTATION
 The design Critique will be conducted after the submission of this plate and will serve as recitation grade.
 NO LATE PLATES WILL BE SUBMITTED
