My name is Muhammad Ali Saeed Bajwa, and I was born on November 19, 2002, in Sargodha, Pakistan.

I
achieved excellent academic results, including an A grade in my SSC examination in 2017, my HSSC
examination in 2019, and an Associate Degree in Arts from the University of Sargodha in 2021. I joined
"Al-Safdar & Co" as an Operations Associate in January 2022, but I quickly realized that I needed to
further my education to enhance my management skills and update my educational profile. According to
my interest and after research, I decided to pursue business education in a renowned country and
selected the Australia Institute of Business and Technology to study Advanced Diploma of Leadership
and Management and a Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning). I have successfully completed the
PTE Academics with an overall score of 46 and have secured admission to the said institute.

I come from a highly educated and respected family in Pakistan. My father runs a successful
school and has agricultural land, while my mother is retired. They earn a total of 18.2 million PKR
annually, and my father will support my living and educational expenses during my stay in
Australia. I have researched living costs, tuition fees, and courses, and estimate that my expenses
will be covered.

I am pursuing further education in Australia to gain a competitive advantage in the job market.
Institutes in Pakistan offer similar programs, but their curriculum is outdated, and the faculty is
unqualified. Practical education is lacking, and they fail to prepare students for real-world
scenarios. Therefore, I have chosen to study in international institutes to receive a high-quality
education and ensure my success in life.

Australia offers affordable education fees, high living standards, and a safe environment for
international students. Australian qualifications are globally recognized and the country has a
diverse, multicultural society. The Australian education system is regulated by the government
and offers opportunities for work experience. The ESOS framework provides tuition protection

I will study Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management and Graduate Diploma of
Management (Learning) at AIBT. The courses cover a range of enterprise and industry contexts,
leadership and management functions, and specialized knowledge and skills. Core subjects
include critical thinking, organizational change, and learning and development strategies, with
elective subjects in diversity and inclusion, business plans, and strategic planning. Both courses
are delivered in a face-to-face classroom-based environment with a variety of assessment
methods.

Studying abroad offers career and personal benefits like leadership, confidence, communication
skills, and enhanced employment opportunities. Australian business studies can lead to a bright
future in Pakistan, with various job opportunities such as manager, business analyst, and
executive director. The author is passionate about contributing to the development of Pakistan's
economy and sees a secure future with an expected income of 300,000 to 350,000/- PKR per
month.
