Spellcasting
Spellcasting: Zoltar is a 9th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 18,
spell attack bonus +10). He has access to all wizard spells of 5th level and lower.

Arcane Recovery: Once per day, Zoltar can recover a total of 18 spell levels worth of expended spell
slots, as long as all the slots are of 5th level or lower.

Evocation Savant: The gold and time Zoltar must spend to copy evocation spells into his spellbook is
halved.

Sculpt Spells: When Zoltar casts an evocation spell that affects other creatures that he can see, he
can choose a number of creatures equal to 1 + the spell's level. The chosen creatures automatically
succeed on their saving throws against the spell, and they take no damage if they would normally
take half damage on a successful save.
