As per checking with the team, we came up with the decision on what products that we will include in the list
for Canada registration:
 
For Elizabeth Mott:
1. TMLEP - Thank Me Later Eye Primer - can you also double check and confirm that this product if it still
hasn't been registered yet? 
2. TMLFP-ILL - Thank Me Later, Face Primer Illuminating
3. TMLFP-BLU - Thank Me Later, Face Primer Blurring
4. ISB - It's So Big But Better, Mascara - also this kindly double check and confirm that this product if it still
hasn't been registered yet? This item is different from It's so Long, Mascara.

For Hanalei - this is still ongoing discussion with the team, however I have some few questions with regards to
the products that we plan to include in the Canada registration, please see below:
1. LTT-CLE (Lip Treatment, Trio, Clear) - for this item - can we just add them to the existing variants of the
Lip Treatment Clear (LT-CLE) since it's the same formula and all just different size
2. LTT-MUL (Lip Treatment, Trio, Multi-color )- also for this - can we just add them to the existing variants of
the Lip Treatment Clear (LT-CLE) since it's the same formula and all just different shade
If adding them to existing variants, will there be any fee for that? If so kindly provide us with some quotes.
Please let us know if you need anything or any documents to submit on our end for the registration.

APC Testing Process Flow:

1. Receive Email Notification from Hongmei
 a. Tracking number indicated.
b. Product, Lot#s and quantity indicated
2. Fill-out APC Submission form
3. Send email to Rachel (see email template)
a. CC: Vira and Yvette
4. Wait for Rachel to send Prices Quotes
5. Re-send to Vira the Price Quotes – for verification and Approval
6. Wait for Vira to re-send approved quotes
7. Send to Rachel approved quote
8. After 1-2 weeks – Wait or Follow up Rachel for the APC Results
9. Once results are received – Inform Yvette for the Testing Payment Invoice
10. Save the Results in SharePoint designated folder
New Product Launch Process Flow
1. Send Email Inquiry to Testing Laboratories (refer to email template)
2. Receive quotes and meeting with Vira for approval (which laboratory to proceed – usually the cheapest price)
3. Once approved, inform laboratory.
4. Ask for the most updated forms (if applicable)
5. Fill out the form
6. Submit to laboratory.
7. Coordinate the required samples – shipping arrangements (either from US or Korea - depending on the
manufacturer)
8. Inform Laboratory the ETAs of samples
9. Once samples received, wait for the results to be send (occasionally follow up – refer also to the lead time pere
testing)
10. Once results are received – Inform Yvette for the Testing Payment Invoice
11. Save the Results in SharePoint designated folder

Canada NexReg Registration Process Flow

1. Vira will tell you usually what products that he wants/ needs to be registered (however, typically it
would be the BEST SELLERS – are the priority ones)
2. Once products are finalized by Vira – coordinate with Kyle
3. Send the product list that needs to be registered
4. Fill-out form
5. Wait for quotes
6. Send to quotes to Vira for Approval
7. Send to Kyle the approved quotes
8. TBA
