1.1 New 3*ZXD3000 SMR Installation

2.1 Installation DCPD7

Change 2 LLVD1 breakers for DCPD7 with 2*63A

2.2 Replace Breaker for DCPD7

§ If existing free breaker capacity for new DCDP7 is less than 63A, must replace with new 2*63A capacity
breakers at LLVD1 for 2 sources as following steps,
i. Power Off existing power cabinet’s battery breakers and AC breaker for safety in PEW time
window.
ii. Take out the cover of existing DC distribution rack.
iii. Loose the screw of each breakers and a little bit take out breakers connection copper bar.
iv. Dismantle existing breaker and replace with new 63A breaker systematically one by one.
v. Tighten the screws of all breakers.
vi. Check internal power cable to breakers and breakers connection copper bar are loose or not.
vii. Power On AC breaker, battery breakers, DC distribution breakers, one by one carefully.

Remark:
Situation 1: If existing breaker is free enough for new DCPD7, replace with new 2*63A capacity breakers at
LLVD 1 for 2 sources.

Situation 2: If existing breaker is no free or only one breaker for new DCPD7, shift existing load cable
(which must be small load current and regional customer agreed) to new DCPD7.

outside cabinet or under ground must through PVC pipe and wave pipe.

Connect the AC input cable from mains PDB to ACDB cabinet, then connect ACDB output AC to power
Cabinet.
