4- Site Installation Steps - Site installation

1. Inform MOC/LSP/TC arrival to site and confirm CR number.
2. Inspection of sub-contractor teams, tools, person, safety equipment,
accord with the project requirements.
3. Check the site materials and design is consisting with the site. If it does
not match, feedback information for site engineer.
4. EPMS scanning of the main devices serial numbers.
5. Inspection transmission enable with MOC on site, if have any issue
feedback information to war room and wait command.
6. Power Off Sector1 A8602 AAU and dismantle it.

And Fiber Cables. Check By EOMS For Alarm Clearance. TI 4 3

And Fiber Cables. Check By EOMS For Alarm Clearance.
10. Power Off Sector3 A8602 AAU and dismantle it.
11. Install new Tongyu AAU on the same location. Connect Power Cables
And Fiber Cables. Check By EOMS For Alarm Clearance.
12. Configuration change by PGD BSC For New AAU.
13. Make Weatherproofing of ports and confirm alarm clear.
