Course Outcomes
By the end of the course, the students will be able to:
1. Articulate main theoretical and conceptual approaches to CSR and good
governance
2. Identify and analyze the strategic opportunities provided by CSR
3. Explain and critically analyze the legal, societal and governmental aspects of
corporate governance
4. Apply different concepts, approaches and techniques of environmental
conservations and ecological policies as    they relate to CSR and business issues
5. Conduct an outreach program of an environmental, social or strategic nature to a
chosen community

1. Apply knowledge of business concepts and principles to solve issues and problems

Prelim Grade (PG)The grades will be computed using the following formula:
PG = PCS (0.5) + PE (0.5)
PCS = Prelim Class Standing
PE = Prelim Exam
Midterm Grade (MG)
MG = {MCS (0.5) + ME (0.5)}2/3 + 1/3(PG)
MCS = Midterm Class Standing
ME = Midterm Exam
Final Grade (FG)
FG = {FCS (0.5) + FE (0.5)}2/3 + 1/3(MG)
FCS = Final Class standing
FE = Final Exam
