IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 49(1) of the Environmental Quality Act 1974 [Act 127],
the Director General makes the following order:

Order 1. Citation

This order may be cited as the Environmental Quality (Delegation of Powers) Order 2005.

Order 2. Delegation of powers

The Director General delegates the powers to the officers holding the office specified in column (2) of the
Schedule for the purpose of enforcing the provisions specified in column (1).

Order 3. Revocation

The Environmental Quality (Delegation of Powers) Order 1999 [P.U. (A) 501/1999] is revoked.
