30 Separability Clause Any provision declared invalid by
court of competent jurisdiction does
not affect the remainder of the Act

parts that are inconsistent with the

except: Medical Act of 1959, Clinical
Laboratory Act of 1966, and the
Blood Banking Law of 1956.
