    Present: Sh. Aman Singla, counsel for the plaintiff.


    None for the defendant.

    Today the case is fixed for filing written statement by defendant as well

    as POA on behalf of defendant. However, defendant has not come present today

    in the court. Case called several times since morning but neither defendant

    appeared in person nor any counsel has appeared on his behalf. Waited

    sufficiently. It is already 4.30 pm. No further wait is justified. Therefore,

    defendant is hereby proceeded ex parte. Now the case stands adjourned to

    24.05.2023 for ex parte evidence of plaintiff.
