INSTALLATION GUIDE

FOR

CERAMIC ANCHORS USING K-SET

1) Mounting of the specified fastening system as visible below:
- welding of U-shaped retaining part at the shell with electrode
3,2x350 NA.
- mount claw by using the screw.

2) Insert the anchor brick into the fastening system.

3) The fastening system has to be fully covered with PYROSTOP

BLANKET.

4) Install the insulation layer.

There are two different types:

1) Block Insulation with CaSi (SUPETHERM):

Cut out the holes for the fastening system and install it.
The space between block insulation and fastening has to
be filled
out with wool.
2) Insulation castable (LEGRIT):
Install the castable according to guideline „Installation
guide
monolithics“.

ATTENTION: The movement of the fastening system has to be

guaranteed!

5) The anchoring brick has to be installed right-angled and centrical

to the shell by using small wooden wedges. The wedges are not
included in the scope of supply - need to be provided by the installer.

6) Install the specified wear lining
