Step #1: Visit miapoly.edu.ng, Click on Online Application

Step #2: Click on Create Account
Step #3: Provide Name, Phone Number,
Email & Programme of study,
then Click on Proceed.
Step #4: RRR Code will be generated
Automatically. Used the code to
Pay for application form fee using
ePayment Channel or at
any Bank Branch.

Step #4: After completing Step#4, Repeat Step#1, Enter used Phone
Number in Step#3 with the generated RRR Code in Step#4.
Then Click on Submit.

Step #5: Each of the icons displayed on the form menu represent a
section of the application. Click on each and provide required
information.

Step #6: Download acknowledgement slip.
