    Within 8 hours of Community Health Nursing clinical focus rotation, I will be able to:

    1. Determine the 5 E’s on the day 4.


    2. Create a Family Nursing Care plan for my assigned family and Home Visit Plan No.2.
    3. Document my Log of Activities for the first home visit.
    4. Conduct a Structured Household Health Teaching Class for my assigned family.
    5. Enjoy making a cooking demo video and comply the cooking demo resource manual.
