How to get recovery file?

[Issue Description]
The Phone is stuck on initializing screen or Yealink logo.

[Cause]
Firmware upgrade interrupted, such as losing power supply.

[Resolution]
Try to do recovery mode.
You can get the recovery mode files by following the steps below:
1. Access https://ticket.yealink.com/
2. Click Warranty Service, Proceed with Hardware Issue.

3. Fill in the following information, and add the MAC/SN of your phone.
4. Select the Fault type and the Fault phenomenon as the picture below, and you'll obtain the recovery mode
files download link.
Tips: The new device T58W/CP925/CP965/CP935W has a built-in backup system. So the recovery mode can
be performed by returning to the backup system without recovery files.
