different technology that is more effective for this business to keep their sustainable practices
and ensure better growth of the business. It is effective for understanding the process of
technology adaption and its benefits for the business to get betterment by attachment of latest
technology

It is important for the business to choose the right technology. For this paper, ‘Clock Time’
restaurants is one of the mix cuisine restaurant that running their business in the South East
London. This business is also having 3 branches in London. They are having potential chance
to utilize the online platform of the business to make effective interaction with the business.
to do this, this business need to develop a website for them where online order, booking and
making payment option that is effective for this business to ensure better growth of their
services. It is also important to use the social media marketing that helps to make attachment
of large margin of customer with the business (Ross, 2016). This business also gives concern
over the fast time delivery where they can use this website to get the rime of the order and set
the process to deliver the order with the promised time. They can use the ERP software where
they can make effective distribution and stock management. This business also need to make
concern over the database management. They should keep the Customer data in their
database that helps them o provide the right offer to their target Customers and also can run
the loyalty program. It helps to make strong attachment with the business and ensure better
growth of their sales and Customer engagement. They also need to adapt the cloud

Reflection writing:
This module helps me to understand the importance of oral and writing communication skills.
It also shows the research strategy that is effective for me to make further progress in my
academic life. Gibbs reflective cycle model is one of the effective reflective cycle model to
reflect own understanding (Gibbs, 1988). It starts with description. In this model identifies
the process and approach of oral and written communication skills. In the academic life both
is having significance. Research strategy that learnt also from this module that shows the way
to collect the data, make processing and use for the further presentation of the data in the
research project. During the lecture, there are different lesson that guided the understanding
over the research methods and I try to make myself strong attachment and active presence in
all the classes.
Before attending these classes, I simply have very primary idea over the data collection,
writing and oral communication strategy and skills. It is important for this me to get solid
attachment with the teacher and in the group studied time. Teacher showed the structure of
writing and also show the importance and straggles of research work. It boost my confidence
after attending these class by understanding the concept of research method and also the
writing strategy
Understanding the academic writing structure was bit easy rather than understanding the
research methods and strategy. I need to give more concern over the oral attitudes as body
language positive approaches is playing the effective progress of the my understanding. My
team members as I did the group study that helped me a lot because I share my feeling to
