POLICY DOCUMENT

1) DEMO CLASS: we offer our 1st class out of 8 classes in a month as paid demo class ,
Students are requested to pay the demo fee prior to the demo session

2) We offer “08 classes” per month irrespective of how many weeks a month has

For example : if there are 5 weeks in a month the 08 classes will be accommodated in a way
where 02 classes will be accommodated in first three weeks (03X02=06 days) and the
remaining 02 classes can be accommodated either in a single week and the last week will
have no classes or the classes will be split 01 class per week (4th and 5th week) or any other
similar alternative to accommodate (08) classes

3) Please be informed that there will not be any deduction in fee for the absent class.
We expect the planned leaves to be informed in advance. That way either

(a) The classes will be compensated on another dedicated day (apart from the schedule)
(or)
(b) The lessons (which was supposed to be covered) will be clubbed with the upcoming
classes as Ad-Hoc class

Unplanned leaves with valid reason like health issues or emergency will be considered and
the missed lessons will be accommodated once the classes are reconvened.
 4) The missed classes can be compensated within 30 days of time frame , students can also
remind us if there is any classes which needs to be compensated within 30 days from when
the class was missed

example 1: if there is a class missed on April-30 it is valid for compensation any time until
May-30
example-2: In case if a student misses whole classes on a month for say January it is eligible
for compensation only until February (refer point 3 on how it will be compensated)

5) If a students doesn’t come online for more than 10 mins the class will be considered as
absence by the Guru

6) We expect the fees to be paid no later than the second class of each month. No concessions
or refund will be provided after payment.

7) There will be no concession on the fees

8) During the occasion of Saraswathi Puja a predefined amount has to be paid (apart from fee
of that month ) as ‘Guru Dakshanai’ to the guru the exact amount will be communicated
well in advance

9) Our institutes core syllabus would be Carnatic and Western will be introduced and coached
at later stages for knowledge purpose

10) Class duration : depends on lessons/syllabus and proficiency of each student (30-40 mins
approx.) the practice time is usually combined with classes for the students learning at the
institute , students learning via online the practice time is given as homework to them

11) Please ensure the environment is distraction-free and the materials are kept handy prior to
each class

12) Dressing etiquette : dressing should be conservative please avoid shorts , sleeveless , mini
skirts , mini frock etc for classes

13) The demo sessions will be PAID session , The payment has to be done before the starting of
the session

NOTE: Please go through the above policies one by one and acknowledge once understood , In case
if you need any clarity or query kindly get them clarified before acknowledging , If there is no verbal
acknowledgement made and if the student proceeds to take up the demo it will be assumed that the
policies were read and understood by the student
