 Activities / Itinerary

Educational/ Value Add Activities:

 Short brief on Akshayakalpa
 Farm walk - Wander around nature and bring a thing you find interesting back
to us and explain why you found it interesting
 Lay down under a tree - be refreshed and restored by taking a break from the
rush of our daily live
 Pet the calf/cows
 Kitchen Gardening – A session on composting
 Grounding Activity – Taking off shoes and walking barefoot, helps to
reconnect with the earth which is soothing and therapeutic.
 Product Sampling
 Cutting down the fronds (coconut or palm tree branches)
 Water Harvesting Tour
 Plantation Drive (Coming soon 2 – 4 weeks’ time)

Fun Activities:
 Slow Cook on Wood Fire
 Traditional Board Games
 Making articles using Palm or Coconut leaves
 Catapult
 Coconut tree climbing
 Shot Put
 The Green Knot project – Get your old clothes and take home bags made out
of it.
Tour Guidelines:

 Must arrive at Akshayakalpa Farm before 11 AM as all the activities are

restricted to the timeline.
 No last-minute cancellations
 Any changes in the plan or before leaving the plant and farm premises inform
the escort without fail.
 We strongly recommend wearing casual and comfortable clothes for the tour.
 Don’t carry junk food that comes in plastic packaging
 Don’t Waste food served during the visit
 Waste disposal management must be followed
 Actions that involve littering, spitting, and harming the animals will not be
tolerated.
 Please take care of your personal belongings and do not leave anything
unattended during the visit. Akshayakalpa will not be responsible for the loss or
damage of any personal items.
 Carry hand sanitizer and Masks
 Inflammable/Hazardous items are not allowed inside unless necessary for
work/service-related purposes, Will be confiscated at the security
 Smoking, Chew tobacco and drinking is strictly prohibited in and around the
premises.
 Akshayakalpa will take images during the farm visit program and same will be
used on our different social media platforms
 A day visit will include:
 Welcome Drink & Traditional Lunch
Two days visit will include:
 Welcome Drink, Lunch & Dinner on Day 1
 Breakfast and Lunch on Day 2
 Please adhere to the guide’s instructions and do cooperate with the team on the
ground, throughout the tour.
