Adults frequently ask young children what they want to be when they grow up.

Kids may
unintentionally believe that they can only work one job for the rest of their lives because of this. In
actuality, though, desiring a change is very typical. So if I had a friend waiting for my advice on
whether they should stay at their current job or change it, I would tell them to change their mindset
about their profession first for two key reasons.

First and foremost, people are prevented from doing what they truly love because of ingrained habits
and concerns. Because they were made to do things that were unquestionably not meant for them, many
people have been brainwashed since childhood. For instance, my friend has always studied computer
science. As a result, her parents compelled her to work in this field despite having no interest in it. Her
primary interest was graphic design. Therefore, I advised her to change careers and speak with her
parents. Finally, everything came together flawlessly, and she is now content creating graphical designs
for clients.

Secondly, I would unquestionably advise my friend to find a profession she truly loves if she changes
fields. It is the only mindset that will help you succeed. Success in your career can be attained by doing
the things you genuinely love and admire. Of course, it would be more beneficial if someone chose a
job that guaranteed them more money, but no profession is worthwhile as long as they are unhappy
with the things they must deal with every day.

To sum up, I urge my friend to reconsider their employment options as the best choice they might make
for their future. The first step is always in their heart and head, no matter what they alter—the entire
workplace or their functional responsibilities. The most important thing is that they should pursue their
passions.
