I. Design Problem: Thai Restaurant

The Thanandon Thai Restaurant is a fine dining restaurant established in 2001 by Chef
Banthom. Chef Banthom has over a decade of experience creating authentic Thai food for
his restaurant. Thanandon is a Thai word, meaning royalty. It is one of the top restaurants
in Thailand serving royal authentic Thai cuisine and it has almost 50 branches worldwide.
The restaurant is expanding in Glorietta Mall, West Drive, Makati, Metro Manila,
Philippines. The business aims to introduce the fusion of traditional Thai flavors enhanced
by modern cooking techniques. It also seeks to espouse the vibrant, bold, and unique
culture of Thailand in the Philippines. The design of the restaurant should also reflect its
branding color-Bordeaux (#640217).
