Reflection

The first day we got introduced to the Senior project, I got nervous because I did not want
to do this project. I did know what I wanted to do for the project and it had to do with companion
animals. After a while, I finally came up with my question about the benefits and the affects
companion animals have on us. It was frustrating when doing my project because I had other
priorities, and sometimes I could not do my project because of a family event or something
personal that came up. The most enjoyable part of my project was going around and pet sitting
for owners who needed help while they were gone. It was amazing how the animals were so
friendly and how much the owners cared about them. The research part for me was fascinating. I
learned so much about companion animals and how they really do affect us. I got to learn more
about why they are so important in our lives. The project was a bit difficult to start in the
beginning but in the end it was fun and I loved researching this topic.
