CONSTITUTION AND BYLAWS

OF THE ENGLISH CLUB OF TIBAGAN HIGH SCHOOL

ARTICLE I. Name

The name of this club shall be the English Club of Tibagan High School.

ARTICLE II. Purpose and Objectives

The purpose of this club shall be:

1. To foster a sense of appreciation for other forms of art and literature.


2. To give students the opportunity to progress intellectually among the high school students
of Tibagan High School.
3. To promote and preserve a sense of belonging among English majors, minors, graduate
students, and any individuals who values English language and literature.
4. Through English language and literature-related engagements, this club will stimulate
communication between students, faculty, administration, and the school community.

The club will pursue opportunities like these to assist students in strengthening
their leadership capabilities, broadening their comprehension of the significance of
English in the world, acknowledging the human aspects of the English subject in greater
depth, and gaining a more reliable understanding of their place in the English-speaking
congregation.

ARTICLE III. Membership

Any genuine senior high school students at Tibagan High School are eligible to join
the English club. Furthermore, all enrolled students and faculty members connected to English
by enthusiasm or academics are eligible to participate this club.

Membership in this organization shall not be denied to any person on the basis of race,
creed, religion, sex, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or physically handicapped.

ARTICLE IV. Officers

There will be seven officers in total. The president, vice-president, secretary,


treasurer, auditor, business manager, and public information officer will serve as the
organization's officials. These officers are responsible for carrying out the duties specified in
these bylaws.
ARTICLE V. Meetings and Assemblies

Throughout the academic year, the English club advisers and co-advisers must meet at
least once each month to discuss further events or activities inside the club.

ARTICLE VI. Finances and Funding

Funds for the English Club shall be requested from the Tibagan High School, and may
also be secured through fundraising activities. There shall be no dues or fees required of
members, unless approved by a majority vote of members.

ARTICLE VII. Activities and Projects

All club operations must support the principles, objectives, and mission of Tibagan
High School.
