MY LEARNING INSIGHTS

IN YES DAY

My learning insight in the said activity last week and yesterday, I had a lot of enjoyment and

knowledge gained through a certain activities happened last Friday the YES organization brings

an enjoyment activities to celebrate, we encounter team building with all entrepreneurship

student, we do an activities such as games and learning activities and also we get to know very

well to each other to serve our team unite and responsible in every tasks assigned for us. I knew

and meet a new friends behind our team building activity, I am very responsible and cooperative

team mates for them as to survive in every station we got and to look forward over the flag as we

may pass the challenge in the assigned area of station. For me it is so very memorable day in my

college life because I saw the beauty of the smile of each and everyone of us during of our

activities. Being a young entrepreneurship student I have my responsibility to look forward in

my dreams on how I can do handle and run my future within a given time of God. For the next

meeting the seminar of all entrepreneurship students and teachers. Dr. Geraldine F. De Jesus

discusses all about FOOD SAFETY AND SECURITY because I know our safety is the first and

very important in any situation so as of the said seminar day I gained some lessons and

techniques on how should I do to maintain the cleanliness and safety especially in the food we

ate and also in our personal health so that micro-organisms exists and to prevent the effect in our

body system because if we are clean there's no matter that the organism can live with us. In the

food we ate, we should know first if the process of the food is genuinely cleaned because if it

weren't clean it might not be safe in our physical health. As of what I heared about the discussion

its better to do and maintain our personal hygiene so that we can avoid harmed cause of bacteria

and the one she discusses is all about micro-organism that grew up with some fungus and not

sanitize place because micro-organism is is also a living things they have lives too like human
but some micro-organisms died in a cold and noisy place or surroundings. We should know how

to maintain the cleanliness of the food ate as she said in the meeting once we do cook our foods

we surely rinse the foods well and we should clean our casserole,pans especially our kitchen

place we should clean it very well so we keep our food safe from micro-organisms and bacteria

and she discusses also the laboratory of entrepreneurship students she said that teachers and

entrepreneurs should know the importance of cleanliness especially in developing a business

product through a laboratory, the best thing to do is to check first the place if it is clean and safe

and also students should check themselves if they are cleaned and every student is required to

wear masks,hairnets, and disposable gloves to avoid an interruption of bacteria and to keep their

product safe, and another we are not allowed to operate if we have a wounds even if we put

gloves in our bare hands it still not safe and required. She discusses also the importance of proper

hand washing and hygiene. The lessons that I learned especially in the techniques of hand

washing is to rub properly every dimensions of our fingers with the soap or liquid sanitizer so

that we maintain cleanliness of our body. When do we should wash our hands? That's the

following techniques she discussed about, we are required to wash our hands everyday especially

when we are after using the restroom and after doing household chores. The importance of hand

washing is to prevent food contamination and prevent the spread of food borne illnesses and also

she tackled the effects of food borne illness that caused by consuming of contaminated foods and

beverages, these could happened when there's two people experience the same illness after eating

the same food. To maintain our food safety and security we should do safe food preparation,safe

food cooking, safe food serving and also safe food storage. Dr. De Jesus discusses also on how

food become unsafe it is because of time abuse, cross-contamination and poor personal hygiene

and another is the GMP or Good Manufacturing Practices she tackled the importance of sanitary
and processing requirement for all food service to relates good housekeeping practices with the

concern of food safety and also the quality. Being a health concern person is good idealization to

bring ourselves to a good model of ours. Being genuinely hygiene sets our lives in safetiness.

In the afternoon session there still discusses the Business Model Canvas where the first topic is

all about Value Proposition that composed of valuable questions interrelated on how a business

owner solve and what did they need to address the business and also it refers on what I can offer

on my target customers that brings something unique to satisfied with target customers which

including the price,quality and design of the product and also it refers on how my product give

impact in idealizing to attract my target market and what did my product can brought uniqueness

to other to defined dealing with customers and I should know where I can sell my product

effectively. As an student I should think more wisely where do I prefer a better business product

so that my target market attract for it and especially it is so very important to know where I

should start my business with, in what location and what strategy can I do so I can rely a better

partnership and also it tackles all about marketing channel where I can sell my product direct and

indirectly like for example in social media, doing online selling, retailing and telemarketing so

that I can purchase my product easily through my viewers. I had a lot of knowledge gained base

on the topic as a young entrepreneurship student I have a responsibility to look forward on the

opportunity waiting for me as I thought as a business owner someday I should know the key

resources where my business needed like for example Capital requirements, Labor, equipment or

machinaries,facilities and land where it typically needed of standing a new business and also the

business partnership for me it is very important to tackle because it serves as our improvement

and development of our business because it is very reliable to have a partner within our business
to consist of important suppliers in our supply chain and also in running and rolling of the

revenue of the business it is very commendable to vary implement a very satisfied product to our

target customers. A Young Entrepreneurship student discusses also on how to implement and

develop their product through a process of business and on how to mobilized their product within

every country that their product most likely approved, as of what they've said entrepreneurs is the

belt of economy and that's why we deserve to develop and be success within the product we

made for our economy and it stand as our personality.
