yes, I have interest to work in FMCG Industry because FMCG offers an opportunity to express creativity
through developing new ideas for products, packaging, branding and advertising. There is a constant
cycle of regular product improvements and updates as brands compete head-to-head on the shelf. Also,
I possibly have a wide range of choices when it comes to jobs and career paths in FMCG, which is
dynamic and diverse, which makes it possible to explore different opportunities available in the industry.

Growth potential is the most important thing to me in any role I accept. I look for good growth potential
in terms of my own role within the company and especially in terms of the company’s overall growth. I’d
love to work for a company that is innovative and always looking for new opportunities to expand.
Secondly, I look for companies who have a positive and adaptive culture. And finally a healthy level of
respect and trust. A positive workplace will create high levels of respect and trust amongst its
employees. It is important to me that my coworkers can respect and trust me just as I can trust my
coworkers.

My short-term goal is to find a position at a company where I can grow and take on new challenges over
time. Ultimately, I would like to learn about management responsibilities and get involved in a
productive organization. I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere where I
will have opportunities to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with people I can
really learn from.

My long-term goal is first to establish myself as an individual, to learn as much as I can about how to
manage and train myself to be useful in an organization by taking opportunities and challenges offered
to me, in order to produce best outcomes. After consistently achieving all the target, over the period of
time, I will put together my training plan with my manager, understand the skills that I need to develop
more in order to achieve my target of leading and developing my own team.

The most impactful life lesson that I have learnt so far is that my attitude toward life will determine life’s
attitude towards me eventually. If I think that life is unfair, and that bad thing always happen to me,
chances are that life will treat me unfairly, then I will always have many reasons to complain about. This
law of attraction works in all that is good and also in all that is bad, and it’s only up to me whether I
choose to focus my attention on the negative or on the positive one. If I focus my attention on the many
great things I already have and I am grateful for, then eventually I will have more reasons to be grateful
for in life. This mindset has always remind me to be more positive and avoid negativity at all costs in
daily basis.

I have been spending my time by having internship program in HR Department. I was responsible for the
recruitment database. This was providing candidates with relevant jobs when they came in and if a
recruiter wanted to see some CVs from our candidates, then I would collate some and also do a pre-
screen for them too. This was to make sure they were suitable for the role and they were good
candidates to send through to recruiters. The main project I was working on was hiring the new interns
for next year. I had to upload all the job descriptions onto our system, make sure they were live on our
careers sites. I had to then filter through around 600 applications, making sure they were eligible to
apply and then put them forward for a telephone interview, assessment centers and right through to
contracts. The scale was certainly the biggest difficulty I faced because the projects I got involved in
were so big, I often ended up staying in the office until 8pm because of the volume of applications and
all this was my responsibility. Luckily, I got on well with my supervisor and delivered on all my
deliverable. They extend the contract and allowed me to develop lots of HR skills like confidence,
presentations skills, networking skills and I gained a lot of worthwhile contacts through this.
