PERSONAL LOANS AGREEMENT

On June 1, 2023, I Gracelle Marie T. Flores, a resident of Purok 5, Lower Lamac,

Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental will lend Fatima Limocon, a resident of Purok
9, Halapitan, San Fernando Bukidnon, a sum of P 393,806 pesos in the form of cash,
which is to be repaid in full by June 30, 2025.
Payments will be made over a period of 24 months starting on June 1, 2023 and
ending on June 30, 2025. The interest rate is 3% and as a result, each monthly
payment will amount to P11,814.18 pesos.
Every monthly payment must be made on the first week of every month.
