Course Outcomes:
 Demonstrate an understanding of Key terms, theories/concepts and practices within the
field of OB.
 Demonstrate competence in developing and problem solving in the area of management

 Analyze the key issues related to administrating the human elements such as
Perception, Learning , Motivation , Leadership , Team Building and others.
 Know the meaning of terminology and tools used in managing employees effectively

OBJECTIVES: The Objective of this course is to help students to understand human behaviour in
organization so that they improve their managerial effectiveness . More precisely, the objectives are:
 To familiarize students with the overview of factors affecting individual and group behaviour.
 To understand and analyze motivational drives and theories of Motivation.
 To understand factors leading to Group Behaviour and Conflict Management.
 To learn and understand Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Role and Qualities.
 To familiarize the students with levels of organizational culture and approaches of time management
and stress management.
